Account Manager

We have an immediate opportunity for an ambitious, bright Account Manager to work on some of our FMCG client brands. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to work on a global brand, producing work for EMEA markets.

A graduate, you will have a minimum of 18 months' experience post-qualification, ideally in a marketing services agency environment. You will have integrated experience, and in particular an understanding of shopper and ideally promotional marketing.

You will report into a Senior/Account Director, and have a Senior/Account Executive working in to you.

Account Director

We have an immediate opportunity for a dynamic, fast moving Account Director to take the lead on a number of FMCG brands. This is an opportunity for the right individual to take responsibility, grow the accounts and make a considerable impact upon the agency and shape its, and his/her, future.

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally in a marketing services agency environment working on FMCG brands. You will have integrated experience, be strategically minded, and be able to demonstrate your ability as a leader, both within the agency and of major campaigns.

You will report into a Business Director, and you will have an Account Manager and Account Executive working in to you.

Finance Assistant

We have an immediate opportunity for an Finance Assistant to support the Head of Finance on all finance and administrative matters. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and an inherent ability to prioritise own workload, demonstrating a genuine willingness to take on more responsibility within a small finance team. In exchange, there is a real opportunity to progress to a more senior level within a reasonably short period.

You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a marketing services environment, ideally using Paprika software. 

It is essential that you have a good understanding of double entry accounting, including areas such as accruals and prepayments as well as covering all or most of the following duties and responsibilities:

  1. Sales Ledger & Credit Collection

    1. Sales invoicing

    2. Credit Control and debt collection

    3. Remittance allocation

    4. Reconciliation of sales ledger control accounts

  2. Purchase Ledger & Supplier Payment

    1. Supplier invoice coding, processing and authorisation

    2. Processing Supplier Payments

    3. Supplier statement reconciliations

  3. Staff Expenses and Credit Cards

    1. Finalising staff expenses

    2. Processing MPs credit card expenses

    3. Processing expenses payments

  4. Month end duties (ideal but not essential)

    1. Accruals

    2. Prepayment

    3. Bank Reconciliation

    4. Fixed Asset

  5. VAT Reconciliation

    1. Quarterly VAT reconciliation

    2. VAT Payment

  6. Time reporting

    1. Processing weekly timesheets

    2. Generating weekly time based reports

  7. Other ad hoc assignments required by Head of Finance

Creative Services Manager

We need a super-efficient Creative Services/Resource Manager to run our dynamic creative department. Space is building and growing a high performing, award-winning creative team to continue its growing creative reputation This is an opportunity for the right individual to take the creative services and resource lead, build upon its foundations and play a critical role in its future growth.

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing services agency environment. Highly organised, calm under pressure and with a can-do attitude, you'll be central to the agency ensuring the smooth delivery of our advertising, social, shopper and experiential campaigns for the likes of William Grant & Sons, Heineken, Arla Foods and Wimbledon. 

You will report into the Creative Director, overseeing the creative department on a day to day basis.

Brief role description and responsibilities:

Resourcing  – manage & identify workflow requirements
Freelance management – manage bookings, costs & availability 
Quality Control – ensure creative approval process is adhered to and encourage best quality work at all times
Operational excellence – tightly managing talent / time in meeting client requirements / following best working practices.
